APA stands for "Advance Provisioning Allowance." This covers all expenses such as fuel, food, drinks, mooring fees, and other extras during the charter. Any remaining APA will be returned to the clients, along with all collected receipts at the end of the charter.

Booking policy

Reservation:
Reserve your charter in advance, most trips sell out far in advance. Your reservation is confirmed once you sign the charter agreement and the deposit is made.

Deposit:
50% deposit to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 12 months or more before the trip, 20% cancelation fee
  • Cancellation between 12 months and 2 months before trip: 50% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation 2 months (60 days) or less before trip 100% cancellation fee

If the trip can be resold for the whole or part of the period the trip was planned, the charterer will be reimbursed for that part of the trip minus any costs (commission, marketing, bank or credit card costs) CFAR (cancel for any reason) insurance is highly recommended. Many insurance companies offer CFAR, but generally, it has to be booked within 21 days of booking and paying for the trip.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance) 2 months before arrival
