Food is an important part of the travel experience. Every morning, we start with a healthy breakfast full of choices. During the day, we serve a hearty lunch and small snacks if desired. After sunset and happy hour cocktails, we conclude with a nice dinner.
Our chefs are influenced from all over the world and love what they do. Much of our food comes directly from the sea and we focus on healthy, fresh “Mediterranean style” cuisine. Easy on the eyes, delightful to the tongue, and keeps you powered up for long days of play.
Dagmar loves cooking and always looks for fresh and healthy local produce whenever possible. She derives her culinary inspiration from extensive traveling throughout the world and enjoys creating elegantly prepared dishes rich with flavors and fresh ingredients. Her passion for making guests happy and an extensive background in tourism make your vacation onboard the experience of a lifetime.
Thais is an accomplished Spanish chef with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Holding a prestigious Cordon Bleu Diploma, Thais has honed her craft and successfully led her own restaurant and run food trucks in Spain. Thais found her ideal platform on the ZEN QUEST. She always manages to surprise guests with her creations and is an important part of our crew.
With Dagmar or Thais at the helm in the galley, dining on board the sailboat becomes a delightful highlight of the sailing experience.

On board we store an impressive amount of professional watersport gear. Kite and wing foil gear enough to cater to all guests. Stand up boards to paddle to tour around the reefs. And snorkel gear to explore the marine life. Or just relax on our flybridge sunroof and enjoy the view.Chef Dagmar
